Recurring schedules (weekly / bi-weekly / monthly)
Most of your business is the recurring cleanings — set them up once, auto-rebook forever. Customer can pause for vacation, skip a week, change frequency. No manual schedule maintenance.
Tier menus (Standard / Deep / Move-out)
$120 standard clean, $200 deep clean, $350 move-out — your menu, your prices. Customer picks tier at booking, deposit (if you take one) scales accordingly.
Add-on services per booking
Oven cleaning +$50, inside fridge +$25, windows +$60. Customer adds at checkout, scope and price update before they confirm. No more "oh and can you do the oven too" surprises mid-job.
Per-property notes
Save front-gate codes, sprinkler-head locations, don't-cut zones, pet allergies per property. Notes attached to the customer record so you don't dig through text messages every time.
